Patrons traveled from far and wide for this dish, which inspired the launch of the Mama DePandi brand. For the first time ever, Mama's signature Pomodoro Di Mama sauce has been jarred, allowing you to enjoy this authentic Neapolitan cuisine from the comfort of your own kitchen.

Now, in her 80’s, Mama DePandi is accomplishing her lifelong dream of sharing her food with the world, proving that it's never too late to follow your dreams.
