Ingredients:

  • 2 scoops Gelato (best flavors: lemon, raspberry, peach, or vanilla)
  • 1 (750 ml) bottle Chilled Giuliana Prosecco
  • Optional garnishes: fresh berries, fresh fruit, lemon zest or mint leaves

Step 1

Chill the glasses

Chill the glasses (preferably coupe or flute) in the freezer for 10–15 minutes.

Step 2

Scoop gelato

Scoop gelato into each glass (1 scoop per glass).

Step 3

Slowly pour Prosecco

Slowly pour Prosecco over the gelato—about 4–5 oz per glass. Pour gently to avoid too much foam.

Step 4

Garnish

Garnish with a few fresh berries, a sprig of mint, or a twist of lemon zest if desired.

Step 5

Serve immediately

Serve immediately with a spoon and straw.
