Ingredients:
- 2 scoops Gelato (best flavors: lemon, raspberry, peach, or vanilla)
- 1 (750 ml) bottle Chilled Giuliana Prosecco
- Optional garnishes: fresh berries, fresh fruit, lemon zest or mint leaves
Step 1
Chill the glasses
Chill the glasses (preferably coupe or flute) in the freezer for 10–15 minutes.

Scoop gelato
Scoop gelato into each glass (1 scoop per glass).
